Puppy L♥ve At First Sight

The very first time I laid my eyes on Maggie.. I knew it was "puppy love at first sight." And that very moment when I first held her in my arms I knew I fell in love with her right then and there.

It's been exactly a year today when I first brought Maggie home with me. :) March 30, 2011. I've been a mommy for over three years now with a Labrador named Max(but he's not with me no more) and over two years with a Pug, I named Moimoi, and a year with Maggie, a Basset Hound. And now Maggie's a Mommy of her own. I'm really proud of her for being such a doting mother to her three litters.

She's the sweetest dog I've ever encountered. I have never been this too attached with my dogs, not even with Max and Moimoi. It's different with Maggie. She's so delicate to me. Probably because she's a girl and needs more attention than my two boys, Max and Moimoi. The two are way too independent and real tough. Unlike Maggie, she needs a lot of care and affection. But not that I don't equally love them. I love them to every bits of me. ♥

However, with Maggie, I felt like a real mom. I felt that she really needs me. She's so dependent to me. Maybe it's because I had her when she was really young. One month and three weeks. She must have really think that I'm her real Mother. Hahaha! I know, right? Funny as that. Yet, I enjoyed being her mom.

Maggie has a lot of special qualities that I really love and antics that are way hilarious! I learned so many things from her as I had with Moimoi and Max back then. I interestingly learned that dogs REALLY do dream! Funny, right? That's one of my most favorite... when Maggie woofs in her sleep! Every time I catch her doing so, woofing in her sleep, it gives so much joy to my ears. Priceless moments.

And she is the sweetest... whenever she barks and cries each time I go out and leave the house. Really melts my heart. She wags her tail like no other, jumps at me at the doorstep and cry again as if we've been a part for over a year. That's how she welcomes me home every time I arrive. Hops in on my legs then starts kissing me as if saying, "I miss you all day long!" And then she'll accompany me inside my room and sits beside me on my bed as if asking me, "how was your day, mommy?" She even looks at me and stares at me every time I throw her a question like if she already had her dinner. She pays attention so well. It's as if she really understand me at all.

At night, when it's sleeping time, she will go upstairs and go straight at the door of my room, planks there and make that familiar sound she makes every time she wants to enter my bedroom. Her own way of knocking. Truly genius like that!

And the best thing about Maggie, she's an incredible kind-hearted dog aside from being such a sweetheart... kahit minsan inaagawan nya ng food si Moimoi. Hahaha! 

Happy first year anniversary to us, Maggie! I love you with all my heart! ♥

The new LAWYERS in town!

Today March 27, 2012 is the roll signing of two of my dearest friends, Erlou and Chillon held at the Supreme Court. They're now officially full-fledged LAWYERS!

CONGRATULATIONS, ATTORNEY ERLOU SALUNAT and ATTORNEY CHILLON COLLADO. We, your Garampingat Force family, are truly PROUD of you two! Good job and keep your feet on the ground! God bless and I love you both! :)

Friday Weddings: Flower Girls ♥

This is how I would want my little flower girls to look like in their dresses in my future wedding. :)

 

I'm so in love with the back details. :)     

..and if lady luck gets on my side and my future groom agrees to have a black and white as motif on our wedding, this simple black dress would be the winner! ;-)

..and If I get to marry around the Christmas holidays or February perhaps, I want to use a gorgeous red tone for my little girls in these designs. :)

I would also want my flower girls to dressed either on a white tone or ivory dress or any pastel colors. And these two simple lovely chiffon dresses are perfect. But for the most part, I believe that flower girls should wear light pastel colors to denote their freshness as young girls and their femininity, and so that their dresses do not detract from the bigger attraction of the day - the bride. :)

This little blue dress is perfect for a garden wedding. This is gonna be the design I will use if I'll have one! :)

..and just because I love Tinker Bell so much, I'd probably ask my future husband to grant my wish of a fairy-tale-like wedding motif that shall make my little flower girls look exactly like the baby in this photo. Isn't she a cutie? ;D

Picture them all in green. My set of little Tinker Bells. ♥

..and this is exactly what I have in mind for a beach wedding. A pink motif! 

 ..and the basket of Pink Star Gazers is absolutely perfect! My favorite flower and my favorite color, too! ♥

And, if you happen to know me too well, I bet you'll agree that this will DEFINITELY something that I'll choose for my flower girls to wear on my wedding day... very ME! ♥

Better In Time

It's 4 in the morning and I can't sleep. And yes, I'm bored.. and the worst part.. I'm dead hungry! Hahaha.. Kidding! I'm actually hurt. Probably the reason why I'm blogging. I don't wish to feel this especially at this ungodly hour. But daaang! Could anyone just please tell me how to stop this?!?!

Bakit ba kasi ang vivid, vivid pa sa memory ko lahat ng nangyari in the past. Even if I told myself a million times to cease thinking about that person and all the memories we had, beautiful ones, I couldn't. "Eh ang kulit kulit mo kasi, Denise. Ang tigas ng ulo mo". Kahit ipikit ko ang mga mata ko.. ikaw ang nakikita ko. TSK! ;'$

How could I ever moved on and move ahead, if you're always there in front of me. Lagi na lang kitang nakikita at nasusulyapan ng tingin. Gaaaawwd! You're everywhere.

At kahit mahal pa rin kita hanggang ngayon.. at kahit anong sakit ang nararamdaman ko.. I'm gonna smile because I deserve to. I hell deserve to be happy.

I hope one day.. it will all get better in time..

An Afternoon Thought..

If only I had a choice.. I would much rather live during those times when internet didn't exist. Life seemed more real.. and colorful.. AND if only I could, I would get off Facebook and Twitter and only use email & cellphone.. I will really do my best to get on to that. Life seems simpler that way. :) Plus, love letters are more romantic! 


AND I think, minus the technology.. Relationships would be more fruitful.. Love would make more sense.. People would be happier.. Life would be easier to grasp. 


Less options mean less complications. ;) Less confusion.. 

Friday Weddings: CHUCK TAYLOR

Wearing Chuck Taylor shoe on a daily basis has always been my biggest frustration. I don't feel comfortable wearing it. I have this perception that Chucks on me looks baduy. Hahaha! So I don't normally wear them even if my heart is telling me that I should, at least, give it a try. Though I don't wear chucks.. I do have three pairs of them in different colors: Pink, Red and Gray. Looking at them once in a while is enough. Masaya na ako kahit hindi ko sila nasusuot. Cheap thrill of mine! :)

There were only four occasions that I remembered wearing them. Two of which are:

..on a Rainy Red Chucks Monday.

..Bohol Trip last November 2011.

Why am I telling this for my Friday Wedding blog entry?

Well, have you seen the movie, A Cinderella Story which stars Hilary Duff and Chad Michael Murray? That was the very first time I saw a Pink Chuck Taylor shoe paired on a white wedding-like-gown. And the ultimate reason on why I hurriedly got myself a pair of (my very FIRST) Chuck Taylor shoe at the mall the next day after watching it. And it has to be PINK, too. :)

It really never occurred to me, not even a slightest chance, that Chuck Taylor shoe on a wedding gown could actually look that pretty cool, awesome and cute. In fact, it looks "astig" for me. So if a Cowboy Boots wont work on me in the future and should everything else fail.. I'm resorting to this idea of wearing a Pink or a Red Chuck Taylor shoe for my own wedding in the future. :)

My March's Theme Song ♥

As much as I would want to save this song and music video for August's posting, as I want it to be my birth month's theme song, I can't seem to wait any longer. Hahaha!

I think this is the perfect timing to post it as I felt like something is changing in me or about to change (which I don't want to disclose as it is so important and too personal for me) and at some point, I believe that indeed TODAY MY LIFE BEGINS. Anew. :)

Friday Weddings

This is gonna be my first entry for the Friday Weddings and the second feature entry for my blog. 100 Days Photo Challenge, being the first one I featured last year.


So here it goes.



Since November last year, I've been fond of looking at wedding pictures and videos. No, I'm not getting married (and in fact, I've never been into any relationships for exactly a year now), it's just that watching those videos and viewing those pictures reminds me how it is wonderful to be in love. And, of course getting your dream wedding.

If given the chance to meet a guy, get marry someday and have enough money to spend for my dream wedding, I would not miss the chance of getting these great photographers and videographers. Everyone deserves a perfect wedding after all!

It's already March! We are nine months away from Christmas! ;D

How time flies!

Nevertheless, I've been thinking few weeks ago of what topic to feature and discuss here in my blog. And because I was so inspired and very much in love from my Law Professor in FEU, Atty. Rica D. De Guzman and my friend Steinrick's little sister, Frances Paraico-Busil's wedding photos both last January, I thought of featuring every Friday anything about weddings.

Who doesn't like weddings, right? Actually, I don't just like them. I love weddings!

So by next Friday, I shall post photos and write something about weddings, gowns, bridesmaids and anything that might could help me visualize my dream wedding in the future. ;-)
